NOVA SHINES A LIGHT ON CASUAL CONTEMPORARY STYLE WITH FALL 2009 HIGH POINT MARKET INTRODUCTIONS

HUNTINGTON PARK, CA (August 31, 2009) - Calling upon an array of design elements, including rich blends of wood and metal, simple design lines and the use of striking color contrasts, the NOVA design team has created a versatile new collection of casual contemporary lighting designs set to debut during the October 2009 High Point Market. Ranging from table and floor lamps to sconces and pendants, these designs join new wall décor and accent furniture pieces to comprise Nova's full range of fall market offerings - all on view in the company's IHFC showroom in the Commerce Building, Space C403. Among the new Fall '09 designs include:

11084 SENTRI TABLE LAMP (left)
Finished in black wood and brushed nickel with a white linen shade, this transitional lamp brings smooth curves together with a linear design style for rich effect. Dimensions-- 28”H x 16”W.

11562 JAVELIN ARC LAMP (right)
Sleek in style and design, this contemporary piece was inspired by the movement and flow of a javelin as it flies through the air. Crafted from plated satin nickel, this design is 84” high with an 82” span. A simple, elegant white linen shade completes the look.

11315 & 11316 (2PK) STECCIA TABLE LAMP (left)
With a dark and dramatic black wood finish and a modern touch of brushed nickel, this elegant table lamp makes a strikingly contemporary statement for any room set. Measuring 28” high and 16” wide, a white linen shade adds an element of sophistication to the look.

11560 JAVELIN ARC TABLE LAMP (right)
Like the floor lamp version shown above, this design also captures the spirit and sleek movement of a javelin as it flies through the air. Made from plated satin nickel, this design is 28” high with a 23” span and a white linen shade.

 

11365 JAULA ACCENT TABLE LAMP (right)
This casual contemporary metal design brings plated antique brass and chrome finishes together with swirling lines to create a sense of movement and flow. Measuring 11” wide x 24” high, the design includes a white fabric shade.

11317 STECCIA 3-LIGHT ARC (left)
Measuring 90” high with a 33” span, this sleek lighting design calls upon an intense black wood finish and clean stainless steel to create a dramatic, eye-catching room accent. Fluid, sinewy lines draw attention upward toward the unique textural contrast of three black wood and white shades.
